Firaz Muinov

He started his career in 2007 as a programmer at the young company LEKVI. Since December 2016, he has been the director of Lekvi & Partners s.r.o., which is a part of the Lekvi Group. It provides a wide range of services in the field of residential and commercial real estate, investments, mortgage loans, legal services for clients and accounting.

Since 2018, he has been actively investing in commercial real estate construction.

At Lekvi Development, he is responsible for the management, financial literacy, cooperation with banks, communication with investors and partners.

Experience in successful company management.

The majority of our clients are international companies such as Penny Market, Alza, Billa, Erste Group, Česká spořitelna etc.

Rafael Noriega

Rafael has more than 20 years of experience in Real Estate operations, international development and
Distribution Strategies for consumer products and services.

He has accumulated a well-known reputation throughout the international Real Estate operations and franchising industry for negotiation and sales skills and a keen understanding of European, Middle Eastern, African and Latin American
Markets.
 

Rafael brings his vast knowledge and experience of working in franchise operations from his past positions which included growing the network’s footprint worldwide for Century 21, Coldwell Banker, ERA, Sotheby´s, INTERO and Sperry Van Ness.

Dmitry Fedorov

In 2011, I graduated from the Presidential Academy of Civil Service in Novosibirsk. 

I have been working at Lekvi since January 2016. During that time, I gained experience as a Property Manager, Short-term lease Manager, Head of the Property management department and Real estate broker.

Currently, I’m taking care of our tenants as a Retail Letting Manager at LekviDevelopment. My duties include looking for new tenants and proper facilities, preparing or correcting the lease agreements, project management and communication with tenants after the facility is put into operation. Nowadays, we have already established relationships with the majority of well-known European retail chains.

Andrej Levin

I started my career in the real estate market seven years ago. I mainly devoted myself to selling residential and commercial real estate for foreign investors and organizing work with developers in the Czech Republic. I mediated in the sales of about 140 properties for a total amount of 870 million CZK.

I encountered commercial real estate for the first time in 2017, when I successfully sold several retail units. In 2019, I started implementing projects as a developer.

After selling several smaller stores, I decided to start building retail spaces throughout the Czech Republic. Now I am currently working on several projects with tenants who belong to the world's largest retail companies.

The total amount of investments in projects is 500 million CZK.

Jakub Licak

I started my professional career in 2012 in Realpad, a Czech proptech company that develops CRM software tailor-made for the real estate market.

After building the business from scratch in Czechia and Slovakia, I expanded the company also to Romania, Bulgaria, and Luxembourg, from the position of Business Development Manager. In 2020 I moved to Bucharest where I still reside. After spending 10 years in the field of technology and real estate, I decided to pursue my career in the retail development business and I joined Lekvi Development.

My responsibility is to extend our project portfolio with the development of retail parks and with the acquisition of commercial spaces in Romania.

Andrej Moravec

I have been working at Lekvi since February 2015.

I started my career in the Commercial real estate management department as a Facility manager.

Currently, I’m holding the position of Technical Project Manager.

I draw on my experience as a technical administrator, where I had to deal with complaints, repairs, modernization of technologies, and changes in the layout of premises and buildings.

Considering possible future changes, I'm trying to bring simplicity and functionality to the new projects.
